Today's Science Lesson! Forgery with Mr Palmer.

Alright, I'm back at it again with my blog posts.
Let's get into it shall we?

Forgery is the copying of another persons writing or signature.
Criminals use it for signing cheques falsely.
Aim: To figure out which pen is used to write a forgery letter.
Hypothesis: We will know which pen was used.
Method/Equipment: Beaker, Filter Paper, Pen, Sellotape, and finally, water.
First step is.. we had to put a dot 2cm on the filter paper.
Second step is.. Put 50ml of water in the beaker.
Third step is.. Put the paper in the water and leave for 5 minutes
Fourth step is.. Attach a piece of the letter to the paper with sellotape
Fifth step is.. Place the paper in 50ml of water
Sixth step is.. Compare the two ink marks.

The two beakers.
